What should I do to change my order for another product?
The period to arrange a change is 15 natural days counting from the date when the order is delivered.
To change a product you must send us an email to info@mychickjewellery.es indicating the reference of your order, name and product that you wish to change.
Depending on the product, there are cases in which we accept or not the change
EARRINGS
We do not accept changes and returns of earrings with gold plating damaged or earrings that have been used (for hygnenic reasons)
We do accept changes of earrings, when you have received a wrong item, or for damaged stones/zircons and also if the closing is damaged.
In any of these cases, My Chick will assume the costs of shipping.
NECKLACES
We will not accept changes or returns of necklaces with gold plating damaged or with brocken chains.
We do accept changes of necklaces that have been sent wrongly, or with defective pendants or damaged zircons/stones.
In any of these cases, My Chick will assume the shipping costs.
BRACELETS
We will not accept changes or returns of necklaces with gold plating damaged or with brocken chains.
We do accept changes of bracelets that have been sent wrongly, or with any manufacturing defect.
In any of these cases, My Chick will assume the shipping costs.
RINGS
We will not accept changes or returns of rings with gold plating damaged.
We will accept changes when we send a wrong item or wrong size, and also when the zircons or stones are damaged. In any of these cases, My Chick will assume the costs of shipping.
In case the customer has ordered a ring size, but unfortunately it doesnt fit, we will accept the change, but the shipping costs must be assumed by the customer.
CUSTOM JEWELS
In any case we will accept changes or returns of customed jewels.
When can I return my order?
In case that the customer receives its order in bad conditions, it can be returned by either the value of the order, or we can change the products. In both cases, My Chick will assume the costs of shipping.
If the product is not what the customer expected and wants to change it for another product or return it, then the customer must assume the shipping costs, in this case of 10€ for international shippings.
IMPORTANT: We dont accept changes of earrings, unless the product has been received in bad conditions.
To request a return you must send us an email to info@mychickjewellery.es indicating the reference of your order and the product that you wish to return.
It is essential, that the products that you are going to return are in perfect conditions, without signs of use. Otherwise, we will not accept the return. They must be sent in their original packaging.
In any case we will refund shipping costs already paid. We will only refund the value of the products, not the amount of shipping costs.
OUTLET
In any case we will accept changes or returns of products from OUTLET
REFUNDS
In case of returns, we will only refund the value of the products to return.
One the return is accepted, you will receive the money back by the same method you did your order (Paypal or Credit card) within a period of 7 working days.
GUARANTEE
My Chick offers a guarantee of 3 months counting from the date the order is received.
The guarantee will only be accepted when it exists a manufacturing defect, not when the product is damaged due to bad use.
Our team will investigate each case individually, to avoid those cases in which the product is damaged due to bad use.
